As the co-founder of Sunrock Holdings LLC, a real estate development firm in Greenville, SC, I have gained extensive knowledge of the intricacies of real estate development. My partner and I have successfully renovated and exited more than 15 real estate transactions. We have also built several ground-up new construction projects and are currently in the process of rezoning a piece of land to develop a mini subdivision of 8 townhouses.
